Untapped Learning is the only coaching program that uses the REP Method, our unique approach built on Relationships, Executive Function (EF) skills, and Personalization to strengthen organization, time management, focus, and seven other core EF skills.

With over 10 years of experience and more than 2,000 students served, we specialize in individualized coaching for students in grades 6 through college, including those with ADHD, learning disabilities, or other neurodivergent profiles.

What does it include?

  • Weekly Support - Two 30-min 1-on-1 coaching sessions for ongoing accountability and intervention.
  • Smart Planning - Coaches build daily plans; parents get real-time updates.
  • All-Week Check-Ins - Coaches follow up between sessions to keep students on track.
  • Homework Center - Drop-in Zoom space for structured work time and EF skill-building.

Executive Function Skill Building (E)
Students learn practical strategies to improve EF skills like organization, time management, and focus. Coaches help them apply these tools in school and life. 

Personalized Approach (P)
Each student receives a tailored plan based on their learning style, goals, and challenges. Our coaching adapts as students grow, offering flexible support that evolves with their needs.
